The Opportunity

Businesses in Latin America — especially startups and SMEs — struggle to find reliable technology partners who understand both the technical and business sides. Many agencies deliver code without understanding the problem they're solving.

The Vision

We founded NevadaTech with a clear philosophy: technology should be a strategic ally, not just a deliverable. Every project starts with understanding the business problem, then designing the right solution — not the other way around.

How We Built It

Complementary Co-Founders

I brought full-stack development and product vision as CEO. Andres Santana joined as CTO with deep frontend and UX expertise. Marlon Ramirez as COO handles backend and operations. Together, we cover the full spectrum — design, development, and delivery.

Service-First, Then Products

We started with client services to build cash flow and reputation, while developing our own products (like the Inventory System) in parallel. This dual approach reduces risk and creates recurring revenue opportunities.

Remote-First Culture

From day one, we built a remote-first culture with async communication, clear ownership, and honest feedback. This lets us hire the best talent regardless of location and serve clients across different time zones.

What We've Built

NevadaTech serves clients across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and education. We deliver web applications, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven solutions. Our tech stack centers on React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and AWS/GCP.

Where We Are Today

We've delivered projects for clients like Bambu Coliving, ToPra, FZ Academia, and VR Experience. Our own SaaS products are gaining traction. And we're just getting started — the LatAm tech ecosystem is full of opportunity for teams that prioritize quality over speed.
